1. Scope of Services
We provide business website creation and management services for non-complex websites, including but not limited to:
- Company profile or landing page websites
- Domain and hosting setup until the website is ready to use
- Technical website management according to the chosen package
- Content updates and website maintenance according to service terms
We do not provide complex e-commerce systems, web applications, custom systems, or management of websites built by other developers, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Collaboration Model
We operate as a long-term technical partner, not as a one-time website service.
Websites created are assets owned by the client, while technical management is handled by Santsite according to the active service package. This approach ensures website stability, security, and consistency over the long term.
3. Website Ownership & Access
- Websites are fully owned by the client upon completion of the setup package payment.
- Technical access (server, source code, and system) is managed by Santsite during the collaboration period.
- Full access can be transferred to the client if the collaboration ends and all payment obligations are fulfilled.
For websites with CMS, content editing access is provided according to the agreed scope.
4. Monthly Management Packages
Monthly management services include activities according to the selected package (Essential Care, Priority Care, or Premier Care), including:
- Content updates within package limits
- Regular backups
- Technical monitoring
- Written technical support

5. Content Updates & Changes
- Content updates only cover simple text or media changes.
- Visual revisions are minor and not full redesigns.
- Requests outside the package will incur additional charges according to the price list.
- All update requests must be submitted through the official communication channels agreed upon.
We reserve the right to reject change requests that may compromise website stability, security, or consistency.
6. Response Time & SLA
Response and task completion times follow the SLA of each service package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Urgent requests outside the SLA may incur additional charges and are optional.
7. Payments
- All listed prices in IDR and USD are net and exclusive of applicable taxes or other charges as required by relevant regulations.
- Setup package payments are made according to the agreed schedule before work begins.
- Monthly packages are prepaid for the ongoing period.
- Late payments may cause temporary service delays.
8. Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may terminate monthly services with at least 14 days' notice before the next period.
- Payments already made are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates terms or uses the website for illegal activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are committed to keeping the website online and functioning technically, but we are not responsible for:
- Business losses due to client-provided content errors
- Disruptions beyond technical control (network, third parties, external services)
- Performance degradation due to third-party integrations outside our control
10. Security & Data
We implement best technical practices to maintain website security. However, no digital system is completely risk-free. Clients understand and accept the inherent risks of using digital services.
Backups are performed according to the active service package.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or official channels. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In collaborations with international clients, the parties agree that Indonesian law remains the primary reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.
